
Mindfulness walk on the Mettnau for early risers

Contemplating nature in peace and quiet and tracing the effect it has on us…..
We do special mindfulness exercises, such as breathing exercises, walking meditation and exercises on the five elements of mindfulness:
Concentration, observation, naming, non-judgment, non-reaction. We sometimes practise in silence or with a partner. At the end we reflect in the group. This is very valuable.
